At EHI, we truly cherish the connection between home and school, and we're excited to partner with you in your child's educational journey. Our doors are always open for parents and guardians to reach out to our school staff with any questions, concerns, or just to keep in touch throughout the year.

We have two special times set aside for parent-teacher meetings, one in November and another in March, where you can discuss your child's progress and share any insights. Additionally, we host a variety of activities throughout the year and warmly invite families to join us and become part of our school community.  For your convenience, we’ve included a staff email list below. 

We’re excited to keep you in the loop with all the latest news and upcoming events, and an ongoing photo gallery through our school blog, which we update every other week, officially starting on September 20th.

When you visit the school, please come by the main office through the front doors. We can’t wait to welcome you and work together to make your child’s learning experience truly special.

To ensure a safe and smooth end to the school day for all our students, we've made a few adjustments to our dismissal process. Our goal is to support both the safety and efficiency of our end-of-day routines.

Dismissal Times:

• Students on Glen and Connie’s buses will be dismissed at 3:15 PM. Once their buses are fully loaded, they will head to their next destination at École St. Malo School. This arrangement helps us coordinate the dismissal times for both schools sharing buses.

• A second wave of dismissal will follow immediately after, for the remaining school buses.

For students who are picked up by family, walk home, or drive themselves:

• Dismissal will be at 3:15 PM through the main front doors of the school.

Parking Lot Guidelines:

• If you are parked in the school/arena parking lot, please wait until all buses have cleared the parking lot before leaving. This helps ensure everyone's safety and a smooth exit for our bus riders.

Bus Expectations:

• We will review bus expectations with all students who ride the bus. For additional information, you can find the Bus Ridership document under the Parent Support Documents tab at the top of this page.
